Radar Terms of Service
1. Service OverviewRadar is a consumer app that allows anyone to easily save, track, and share recommendations across a variety of supported categories. Basic features are free to use with no account required; some social features (e.g. chats, shared reviews) require a free account. “Radar Pro” subscriptions (available for $0.99/month or $9.99/year) unlock premium features and require an account.
2. User Accounts & RegistrationAccounts are only required for social features. You must be at least 13 years old to create or use an account.
3. Acceptable UseAll chats and messages are private and encrypted. You may report any user account for review by Paradox Technologies Inc. (“Paradox”) at any time for any reason. Abusive or illegal content is prohibited.
4. Intellectual PropertyAll content, design, code, trademarks, and logos used by Radar are the property of Paradox Technologies Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Radar for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use—including copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering—is strictly prohibited.
5. Payment & BillingAll billing for Radar Pro subscriptions is processed directly through Apple's App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple account settings. No refunds are issued by Paradox; any refund requests must be handled through Apple.
6. Third-Party IntegrationsRadar uses Appwrite for backend services and RevenueCat for in-app subscription management. No other third parties receive your personal data.
7. TerminationYou may request deletion of your user data at any time by contacting us. Paradox may suspend, ban, or terminate your account for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of LiabilityRadar is provided “AS IS” with no warranties. Paradox expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. In no event will Paradox be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
9. Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of New York. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY.

11. Amendments & UpdatesWe may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
